Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket/pass issued for Kids Spree 2026.
Each ticket allows single entry only. Re-entry will not be permitted once you exit the venue.
Entry is subject to venue capacity and will be managed on a first-come, first-served basis.
This is a family-oriented children’s event. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. The organizer will not be responsible for unattended children.
The ticket provides general access to activity zones and experiences. Certain premium activities, workshops, or products inside the venue may be chargeable separately.
Participants are expected to follow safety instructions provided by activity coordinators. The organizer will not be liable for any injuries caused due to negligence or failure to follow guidelines.
Basic decorum, discipline, and respectful behavior must be maintained. Any misconduct or disruption may result in removal from the event without refund.
The organizer, Aarnaa Entertainment, is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Visitors are advised to take care of their valuables.
Food and shopping stalls are managed by third-party vendors. The organizer is not responsible for quality, pricing, or services offered by them.
Photography and videography will be conducted during the event. By entering, attendees grant permission to the organizer to use images/videos for promotional and marketing purposes.
Outside food, beverages, or any hazardous / prohibited items are not allowed inside the venue.
Parking, if available, will be at the owner’s risk. The organizer holds no responsibility for vehicle safety or damage.
The event is designed to be safe and enjoyable; however, attendees participate in activities at their own discretion and responsibility.
In case of unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, government restrictions, or force majeure events, the organizer reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the event without any liability for refunds or compensation.
Tickets once purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless stated otherwise by the organizer.
Any unauthorized duplication, resale, or misuse of tickets will result in denial of entry and may lead to legal action.
All attendees must comply with venue rules, safety regulations, and organizer instructions at all times.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat only.
